Official membership reference

The VIP Portal is where members study the literature together, with long-form video, a document vault, a moderated community and monthly live sessions. Membership is free. In return, we ask members to keep the community respectful, factual and free of selling.

  • Free to join, no payment details needed
  • A moderated, research-focused community
  • Close your account at any time

Members-only video

Deep dives and replays for your own study, not for sharing on.

Community rules

Respectful, factual discussion with no selling or sourcing.

Live sessions

Recorded for the archive, so keep personal details out of questions.

Your account

One account per person, with a password only you know.

1. Joining the VIP Portal

These member terms apply to everyone with a VIP Portal account. They sit alongside our terms of use and privacy policy. To join, you must:

  • Be 18 or over
  • Give a real name and an email address you can access
  • Hold only one account, for your own use

By creating an account you confirm that the details you give are accurate and agree to these terms.

2. What membership includes

VIP membership is currently free. It includes:

  • The members-only video library, with new uploads each month
  • The document vault, with study packs and checklists
  • The moderated member community
  • A monthly live literature review with open Q&A, plus the replay archive

We may add, change or remove features as the portal grows. If we ever introduce a fee, we will tell members in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

3. Your account and password

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. Do not share your login with anyone else. If you think someone has accessed your account, change your password and let us know straight away.

4. Community rules

The community is for discussing research, methods and documentation. When you post, you agree not to:

  • Ask for or give dosing advice, or instructions for personal use of any compound
  • Discuss where to buy compounds, or advertise, sell or link to vendors
  • Share your own or anyone else’s health details or other personal information
  • Harass, insult or threaten other members
  • Post claims you know to be false, or present opinion as established fact
  • Post spam, malware or content you do not have the right to share

Cite your sources where you can. A link to the study helps everyone check the claim.

5. Moderation

Our moderators review the community to keep it safe and on topic. We may edit, hide or remove any post that breaks these rules, and we may warn, suspend or close the account of a member who breaks them, with or without notice. Where possible, we will explain why. If you see a post that breaks the rules, please report it to us.

6. Members-only content

Videos, vault documents and session replays are provided for your own personal study. You may not:

  • Download, record or screen capture videos or replays, except where we offer a download
  • Share, upload or republish members-only content anywhere else
  • Share vault documents outside the portal or remove our name from them

Members-only content remains the property of Peptide Learning Hub, as set out in our terms of use.

7. Live sessions

Monthly live sessions are recorded and added to the replay archive for members. If you ask a question or appear on camera, your name, question and image may be included in the recording. Please do not share personal or health information during a session. Live sessions follow the same community rules and are educational, not medical advice.

8. Your posts and content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you give Peptide Learning Hub permission to display, store and moderate it within the VIP Portal. We will not use your posts outside the portal, for example in an article or the digest, without asking you first.

9. Ending your membership

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. When an account is closed, its personal information is deleted as described in our privacy policy. Posts that other members have replied to may stay in the community without your name.

We may close or suspend an account that breaks these terms. We may also pause or close the VIP Portal itself, and if we do, we will give members reasonable notice where we can.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these member terms as the portal grows. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where a change is significant, we will let members know by email or with a notice in the portal. Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Contact us

If you have questions about these member terms, or want to report a post or close your account, please contact:

Effective date: October 2026. Last updated: October 2026.

Educational use only

Peptide Learning Hub is an independent educational library. Our articles, study summaries and videos summarise published research for education only. They are not medical advice, and many of the compounds discussed are research materials that are not approved for human or veterinary use. If you have a question about anything you have read, please contact us.
